Overview:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This sensor is made of alloy steel or stainless steel, with a circular gasket structure and a flat pressure load. It is produced using American raw materials and proprietary processing technology from BEAN, an American company. It is mainly suitable for measuring the force of various bolts, shafts or dynamometers, and is also used for tension and pressure testing of screws and rods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Measuring principle<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

 The pin sensor uses the elastic deformation of the elastomer under the action of external force to change the resistance value of the resistance strain gauge attached to its surface (increase or decrease), and then converts this resistance change into an electrical signal (voltage or current) through the corresponding measurement circuit, thereby completing the force measurement process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
