The SM46 series products are primarily dedicated sensors for measuring tensile forces. Their structural principle involves a shear-type resistance strain gauge sensor with pin holes at both ends fixed relative to each other, and the main body bearing the load. High-quality stainless steel is used as the elastic body, and foil resistance strain gauges are used as the sensitive conversion element. The sensitive element is installed in the middle of the sensor, while the two ends are fixed to hooks. When the tensile sensor is under load, the load is transmitted to the sensitive element through the shear elastic beams at both ends, generating a strain proportional to the load in the elastic beams. This strain is converted into a corresponding electrical signal by the strain gauges. It is suitable for tensile testing and control systems in various industries such as cranes and water conservancy.
