System Advantages

Modular design with strong redundancy: Independent batching control for each material → Integrated batching control by the manager → Batching monitoring and management by the host computer → Seamless connection between network computer management, realizing decentralized control and centralized management.
  3. The SM40-H series batching controller adopts CAN-bus industrial fieldbus communication and features a sampling rate of 200 times/second and independent opening and closing of the material gate. Compared with traditional systems, it is faster, more stable and reliable in batching, and the batching process can fully meet the process requirements of any mixing plant (building).
  4. The programmable controller is based on an industrial-grade embedded microprocessor and is designed according to ultra-industrial standards. It features a wide voltage power supply of 85-265VAC, an all-metal industrial-grade structure, wide temperature range, resistance to electrical interference, and lightning protection, making it suitable for use in a variety of harsh environments.
  5. It can be connected to 1 to 9 batching instruments via a communication port. The batching instruments are defined as: aggregate meter, cement meter, additive meter, water meter, extended aggregate meter, and extended powder meter. Each meter can batch four types of materials, which can fully meet the requirements of commercial concrete mixing plants.
  6. Lightning protection and EMI interference suppression design measures ensure reliable lightning protection and interference suppression capabilities for this control system.

  7. The host computer uses a Windows operating system, the software is written in C language, and it uses a real-time SQL SERVER data server for easy network management.
  8. The software interface is user-friendly and real-time graphic animation displays the production process.
  9. Powerful alarm prompt function, all operator operation records are stored in the database.
  10. Rich reports and report management functions.
  11. Remote maintenance function can be realized.
