Application

The bearing housing sensor relies on a unique structure that integrates a central through-shaft and a bearing housing for support. It achieves accurate sensing of dynamic loads without damaging the original core mechanical structure of the equipment, and is widely used in multiple core scenarios such as precision manufacturing, heavy industry operation and maintenance, and safety protection.

Robust protection, interference and corrosion resistant: IP67 protection rating, EMC ≥ 4, electrostatic discharge ± 15kV, made of 42CrMo alloy steel (17-4PH stainless steel optional) elastomer

Customized development with controllable delivery time: The external dimensions can be customized, and the range covers 1.5t-50t (depending on the model), precisely matching the bearing housing installation space.
