Features

1. The flow-stabilizing spiral has a unique flow-stabilizing structure. The powder sinks evenly on the entire feed inlet section without arching or impacting the material.
2. The steady-flow feeding screw and the metering screw are synchronously regulated. The material filling coefficient of the steady-flow powder feeding screw is 1.0, and the material filling coefficient of the metering screw is 0.6
3. The spiral blades are made of manganese steel, which is highly wear-resistant and has a long service life.
4. The spiral gap is small, which can overcome the problem of backflow and avoid the adhesion of materials in the gap of the pipe wall.

6. The steady flow powder feeding spiral and the metering spiral are connected with each other in a flexible way, and the horizontal installation angle can be adjusted arbitrarily according to the site requirements.
