The HGG03 fiber optic grating surface-mount strain gauge is primarily used for stress and strain monitoring of concrete surfaces, and also for static and dynamic stress and strain monitoring of various metal or other solid structural surfaces. The product employs a unique elastic beam structure, providing high measurement resolution and accuracy.

This sensor is suitable for strain monitoring on surfaces in various environments. Our company has designed two packaging mechanisms for sensors according to different application environments and requirements: one is epoxy resin packaging, which can be used continuously for about one year. After expiration, creep may occur and it is not suitable for long-term monitoring, but it can meet short-term laboratory conditions; the other is oxygen-free glue packaging, which can be used for a long time.
